Spring is finally here and we had our first day with the big door open! Check out BTSCF this month!
2025 CrossFit Open
In March, we faced 3 challenging weeks of the CrossFit Open. The workouts pushed everyone and there were so many wins. We are so proud of all of our athletes.
We wanted to send one more congratulations out to our BTSCF Community Open Winners, Teams “Fit ‘N Funky” and “AKA 630.” Both teams showed up with a great attitude each week, earning their teams points to finish in a tie for first place.
Another shoutout to Cassie S. and Lincoln V., our two Spirit of the Open Winners. Both of these athletes came out to push themselves as well as support the BTSCF Community throughout the Open. Congratulations!
Larry C.
April 1 marks the day we honor and celebrate the life of our dear friend Larry Chiocchi. Each year, we raise funds for a charitable organization in Larry’s memory, and take on a workout that is comprised of some of his favorite movements.
Larry always worked so hard and loved being in the gym with the BTS community. We honor him by working hard and pushing ourselves to be a little bit better, just like he always did.
Ruck/Hike
Come out to the Watershed Trails for a Ruck/Hike on Sunday, April 6th. The hike is mostly flat and is about 3 miles. It will take about 1 Hour and 30 minutes. Meet at the trails at 8:15am and we will head out at 8:30!
There will be no 8:15am or 9:30am classes at the gym that day.
Don’t forget, after the hike, come back down to the gym for Recovery Sunday!! Reserve your spot in Wodify!
The Festivus Games
We are so excited to announce that we have 6 teams that will be competing at the Festivus Games on April 26th in Parsipanny, NJ. Come on down to hang out and cheer on the teams as they compete throughout the day!
