5th Annual BTSCF Food Drive
We wrapped up our food drive this month and as always, we are grateful for the support that our community provides. These donations will help families in need throughout the summer.
If you would like to help out the Holy Trinity Food Pantry outside of our food drives, please visit their website to find out how.
What Is Stimulus?
Earlier this month, we posted about stimulus and what it means for your workouts. If you missed it, you can check it out here.

BTSCF Feature Athlete
Meet Bernadette Schilling
When did you start CrossFitting?
April, 2022
What brought you to CrossFit?
Self care. I’m recently retired and I wanted to focus on improving my energy level and general level of fitness.
What have you learned from doing CrossFit?
I’m still learning. Hard work pays off.
What would you say to someone who is on the fence about starting CrossFit?
I would encourage them to try it. It looks intimidating but the people make it less so. I really wish I had started it years ago. The other athletes are very helpful to a newbie.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy cooking, taking my dog for a walk and traveling.
What do you do for work and how has CrossFit impacted how you do your job?
