BTSCF COVID-19 UPDATES & PROTOCOLS

COVID UPDATE.jpg

On December 10th, Governor Wolf announced additional mitigation measures that would be in place from December 12, 2020 through January 4, 2021. As of January 4th, these measures will expire which will allow us to move our classes back indoors. The past 3 weeks have been incredibly inspiring and we thank all of you for your patience and willingness to work with us while we held our classes outdoors.

Please note that although we will be able to move back inside, all of our other mitigation protocols will remain in place. We will also be continuing our WOD Brief Videos for those who are not able to make it to class or are more comfortable working out at home.

Please pay attention to the signage in the gym that outline our protocols.

Here is a summary of our COVID-19 Procedures:

Class Capacity

We will be limiting our class capacity to 14 members. To secure your spot, you will need to make a reservation in the Zen Planner App.

Class Schedule

Our schedule is as follows:

Morning:

5:15 - 6:45 (M-F)

8:15 - 9:30 (M, W, F, & Weekends)

9:30 - 10:45 (7 Days)

Afternoon:

4:30 - 5:45 (M-F)

5:45 - 6:45 (M-F)

6:45 - 7:45 (M-F)

Arrival & Check In

  • We ask that you sanitize/wash your hands upon arrival.

  • You will have your temperature taken. If your temperature is over 100.4℉, you will not be permitted to take part in the class.

  • You will have to complete a digital health declaration in which you confirm that you are showing no symptoms of COVID-19.

  • You will then have to sign in via Zen Planner to confirm your attendance.  *IMPORTANT* As class sizes are limited, reserving and signing in via the Zen Planner app is required.  If you make a reservation but do not sign in, the Zen Planner app will consider it a “No Show.”  If you accumulate three “No Shows” Zen Planner will not allow you to make future reservations.  You will need to contact us to resolve this.

Designated Workout Space

Please be mindful of those around you and maintain social distancing. Even though we are outside, we should still make every attempt to provide ample space.

PPE

Please wear a face mask during the entire duration of your visit to our facility.

Cleaning Protocols

Our staff will ensure that all common areas including the lobby, bathrooms, doors, and floors are cleaned frequently and on a regular basis.

We ask that you spray and wipe down any equipment that you use. Cleaner and towels are provided for this purpose.

Health Notifications

In conjunction with the digital health declaration, all staff and members will be responsible to notify us if you test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of your last visit to our facility.  We will then reach out to all those who may have been exposed. Additionally, if you travel, we ask that you make testing arrangements prior to returning to the gym.
