BTSCF COVID-19 UPDATES & PROTOCOLS

COVID UPDATE.jpg

As we adapt to the ever changing guidance related to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we thank you for your attention and cooperation. As of this posting, Governor Wolf as prohibited gyms from indoor operations until 8:00am on January 4th.

Our priorities are to provide our members with the best possible training while also keeping all of our members and staff as safe as possible.

We understand our members thrive while working out around others in a class setting and this environment is very important to everyone. We are planning to maintain this to the best of our ability while simultaneously adhering to the guidance of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Based on this, we will continue to remain open for outdoor classes with our regular schedule. Along with this, we will continue to offer our workout briefs in our Facebook Member group. We will also offer a Facebook Live at 930 am for those who are uncomfortable coming to the gym.

We understand that weather is a factor and we may need to make adjustments accordingly. In the event of inclement weather that will impact the safety of our members or staff, we will cancel in person classes at the gym and offer alternatives for at home. We are investigating a number of options to offer protection from the weather in the event we encounter light rain or snow. We also understand that it is cold outside so we will adjust our programming to allow for minimal equipment needs, fast quality instruction, a warm up and the workout. Our focus will be to get you moving as fast as possible.

Our check in process will remain mostly the same. Please arrive having completed the digital health waiver and wearing a mask. You will have to have your temperature taken and sign in on the iPad. There will be an equipment list next to the iPad. Please collect the equipment you need and put it in your workout space outside.

Your efforts to help us expedite the check in process is appreciated. We also ask that you arrive on time so our staff can stay on schedule.

You will be required to continue to wear a mask throughout your class.

This is not the most ideal situation however it is the situation we are faced with. We will be fluid to ensure we are doing all that we can to keep everyone as healthy and safe as possible.

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns we ask that you reach out to any staff member to discuss.

Please make note of and strictly adhere to the following guidelines already in place:

  • You must reserve a spot in ZenPlanner to attend a class. No reservation, no admittance.

  • You must fill out the digital waiver for each class. Please do so prior to arrival.

  • Please stay in your car until 10 minutes prior to the start of your class. (This is a great time to complete the digital health waiver.)

  • You will have your temperature taking upon arrival.

  • Please sanitize or wash your hands upon arrival. You are also responsible for cleaning equipment and your workout space at the end of class.

  • If you bring any children with you, they will need to wear a mask and have their temperature taken.

  • Please limit the amount of personal items you bring in to your workout space. This will help keep the floor clear and safe, and speed up the clean up process at the end of class.

  • Please be on time and ready to work out so classes may start and end on time.

  • At the end of class and after you’ve cleaned your workout space, we ask that you leave the gym so the next class may begin.
