Keep Moving During The Shutdown

As the shutdown to attempt to slow the spread of the coronavirus expands, you may be trying to figure out how to fill the time. There are plenty of ways to rest, recharge, learn, and keep moving forward. Here are some ideas:

  • Take an online course

  • Sit in silence for one minute - reflect on what that one minute is

  • Read

  • Assemble a puzzle

  • Color or draw

  • Make up a funny adventure story with your family

  • Build a pillow and blanket fort - knock it down

  • Try a new recipe

  • Do nothing, which is something

  • Spring cleaning

  • Call a friend you haven’t spoken to in a long time

  • Find a new podcast

  • Take a virtual tour of a museum

  • Sing or play an instrument
